Northern Lights 2010 confirmed

It has just been announced that with the extension of the Digital Media Skills Programme by the Northwest Development Agency, Vision and Media are in a position to re-commission Northern Lights for the third time. This is a real bonus for new entrants with youth unemployment so high and competition so tough to get into the creative services sector.
